We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

How to return

1. Email hello@yvonneactives.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Pack the item with its original tags and drop it at any postal point.
4. Refund is processed once we receive and inspect the return.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Tell us in your return email and we'll ship the new size as soon as we receive the original — no extra shipping charge for size exchanges.

Sale pieces and earrings are final sale. International returns outside the EU are case-by-case — email us first.
